Highly Recommended: hard to find, awesome.... The 3 things everyone reads about getting the most out of calcium supplements are: 1. Calcium citrate has the best chance of being abosorbed. 2. Getting 1 part magnesium to 1 part calcium helps utilization. 3. Getting vitamin D( D2 for vegans ) helps utilization. I have been able to find #2 and #3 elsewhere in vegan form but NOT #1. I was just about to give up. Please keep selling this product. Steve
