RETURN POLICY

I want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item or items for some reason, you may do so within 30 days of shipment. You may choose a store credit or refund by original method of payment. Some items are not returnable, such as food items. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern. Items which have been opened or used may not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

WARM WEATHER SHIPMENTS

Please keep in mind that chocolates or other products which may melt or be damaged during shipment are not eligible for a refund or replacement if they do not make it in good condition. A cold pack should be purchased (though they do not guarantee good condition), but if you are located outside a one-day delivery location you may also need to request expedited shipping.
