DHA is an omega-3, long chain polyunsaturated fatty acid and it is the primary building block of the human brain tissue and eye. Submitted by: Joanna Bristow-Watkins (jo_harmony@hotmail.co.uk) It is true, the Vega Omega 3 DHA tablets are much more palatable (less fishy tasting) than others I have come across though not as palatable as the Deva flax seed oil ones. I buy both to satisfy different members of the family! By the way, the product description says 90 capsules but the bottle photographed says 30 capsules - just to flag up the descrepancy!
