Submitted by: Danielle Kichler (veggietart@hotmail.com) Even before I was vegetarian, I preferred Sugar in the Raw to turbinado sugar and would use it whenever a restaurant offered it. I now buy evaporated cane juice or raw sugar at the grocery store and wouldn't dream of using white sugar (unless it's the only option). If you travel a lot, the packets are for you. Otherwise, you can buy it in bulk.
