	100% vegan pastas and cheese blends. Chreese® is a dairy-free imitation cheese, that tastes as good as the real thing and is much better for you! Although Chreese® is completely vegan (contains NO animal products), it is rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Chreese® is available in both original Dairy-Free form, and in the Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free version. Gluten-Free Chreese® is made with organic green lentil flour rather than unbleached white flour and can be consumed by those with the celiac condition, as well as autistic children and others who need to avoid wheat and gluten. Each box of Dairy-Free Pastas and Chreese® contains a 1 ounce package of Chreese® in it's powdered form. The Chreese® is whisked with one-third (1/3) cup of boiling water that can be removed from the pasta pot once it reaches a boil. At this point, you can customize Chreese® to your own taste by adding a variety of ingredients including olive oil, soy milk, vegan margerine, salt, pepper, and herbs - or you can usejust water. Chreese® is made with nutritional yeast, which is an inactive yeast that comes from a culture grown on cane and beet molasses. My son had dairy and egg allergies, finding new, easy to prepare things for him to eat is very tricky in the average grocery store. The Mac and ChReese is a lifesaver and he ADORES it. What is more, my husband also thinks it is pretty good and will eat it too, meaning I don't have to cook several different meals each night. (and for my husband to eat it, it must be quite good because he is a huge cheese enthusiast!) Submitted by: From Tillie of San Antonio, Texas on 11/23/2003. Not quite Cheese, but quite good! You won't find that this tastes just like kraft dinner. However you will like it BUNCHES!! The regular one is a great staple. The 123s have such a neat texture, since the numbers are small. The 123's are also more orange in color than the regular. OH and I LOVE the alfredo. Oh how yummy! The wheat free is just as fabulous as all the rest! Enjoy!
