MORE TO COME!
Vegan Pizza
Bread

You will need:
large loaf of french bread that you can halve (check the bakery
section of your local supermarket)
canned pizza sauce
minced garlic (either in a jar or minced yourself)
toppings (onion, pepper, tomato, fake pepperoni....)
some great spices. It's all about the spices really! If you don't
use some, it will be bland.
Olive Oil
Vegan Cheese (I like vegan Gourmet Mozzarella)
Cut your French Bread
in half lengthwise.
In a bowl mix olive oil with your spices (italian, tomato and
herb, whatever you have). Mix enough to brush on your bread.
Brush olive oil mixture on bread and place in the oven for about
4-5 minutes on BROIL until it gets golden brown.
Remove from oven.
Now preheat your oven to 350 while you get your pizza bread ready
for baking.
In a bowl, combine your pizza sauce with about a tablespoon of
minced garlic, stir. Brush this pizza sauce mixture onto the
bread.
Now, add your toppings.
Use a cheese grater to grate your cheese and put it on top.
Add some italian type seasoning to the top of the cheese for
extra flavor.
Bake for about 10-14 minutes on 350.
Cut into sections if
you want. Freeze or refrigerate leftover amount.
When you are ready to reheat, use the oven to warm it. It gets a
little soggy in the microwave.
For a nice variation,
use pineapple, onion and fake ham as your toppings!

Fettuccini with
Vegan Alfredo Sauce

You will need:
1 package of Florentine Fettuccini (green and regular pasta). You
can use regular fettuccini but the Florentine is better.
Saucy Ranch Vegan Seasoning
La Chikky Seasoning (chicken-type
seasoning)
Plain soymilk
Earth Balance margarine
Salt & Pepper
This is so easy! You can make it in under 15 minutes. If you are
feeding just 1-2 people, you may want to make only 1/2 a package
of the fettuccini.
Cook fettuccini according to package directions. Drain. While
pasta is still warm add lots of soymilk and a tablespoon or two
of Earth Balance margarine. You want liquid to move around in the
bottom of the pot, but you don't want it too soupy. Stir. Add La
Chikky Seasoning and Saucy Ranch Vegan Seasoning to taste. Salt
and pepper to your liking and serve!
