	Mediterranean Lentil Soup Mix by the Vegetarian Express
	A savory red lentil soup with brown rice and delicate seasonings for an aromatic flavor. Has a Mediterranean lemony flavor. A great way to get fiber and folate. Serves 4-6 people. All natural ingredients! No artificial anything! No hydrogenated fat, no refined sugar--just great taste! Product Weight: 8.8 oz. Ingredients: Red lentils, brown rice, salt, turmeric, cumin, citric acid, sea salt. Directions (from label): Empty rice and lentils into pan. Sort and wash. Combine 6 cups of water with the seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 45 minutes. (Optional: Add a finely shredded carrot and cook for 15 more minutes.) Add salt to taste. OR add 6 cups water to a crockpot, pour in the soup mix packets, cook overnight or about 6 hours till soft and flavorful. Voila!
