The paste doesn't have a bad aftertaste, it's strong but not overpowering and really refreshes your mouth. I noticed whitening after one tube. Honestly, it doesn't get better than this. Given the pretty high price and smaller size tube, you may not think to buy it but once you actually try it, I'm sure you'll feel as I do. I have been using Kiss My Face products for a while now and highly recommend them. Cruelty free! Vegan! Buy this!!! Actually does whiten teeth, and is breath-freshening but not overly minty. Christi's price is the best I've found. My one complaint is that some tubes are harder to squeeze than others, for some reason--seems like KMF is still working out the packaging glitches, but this wouldn't deter me from buying it. As long as it's available, this is the only toothpaste I'll use.
