QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Is Everything Vegan? Absolutely! At the time these products are added to the catalog, they are 100% vegan.
sionally, manufacturers do change formulations making an item no longer vegan. This doesn't happen often and those items are removed as soon as their non-veganess is discovered. Also, every item is cruelty-free. No animal testing, whatsoever!
How much is Shipping? You will get an estimate for shipping during checkout. This is only an estimate. You pay what it costs me to ship your order (within $1). You are credited for any overcharge of $1 or more. To get an idea of how much shipping will be, fill your cart, enter your shipping details and check the rates. It may end up costing less to ship than quoted or more in some cases. The MINIMUM shipping charge is $5.50. Insurance is included in the shipping charge. Please be prepared to pay ACTUAL shipping (within $1) for your order, even if it is more than quoted.

I can't checkout? If you encounter any problems when checking out, do not fear! You can phone in your order (740) 935-3146 from 1-8 pm ET daily or send an email with order details and your phone number and I will get back to you right away.
Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes, Different Daisy ships to most countries. If you don't see your country when checking out, please send an email. Orders being shipped outside the U.S. must be paid with a verified Paypal account.
What is the minimum order amount? $10
Is my personal information secure? Yes, I will not share your information with anyone, period!
I don't want to give out my credit card information online, what are my options? You have a couple choices for payment:
* You can place your order online and then call with your credit card information.
* You can mail a check or money order.
* You can call and put a credit card on file. Once you have done this, you just select 'credit card on file' for your payment method.
