It works wonderfully well and doesn't irritate my skin, which is extremely sensitive. I don't know why anyone would use a different shampoo. My husband likes the fact that it assumes you know how to wash your hair -- no "Repeat" instructions. A small amount works so you get alot out of a bottle. They are fragrance free and extremely good products, about the best your hair can get, with no animal testing. 100 % recommended!
