U.S. Shipping Costs & Methods
THE MINIMUM AMOUNT CHARGED FOR SHIPPING IS $5.50

You may choose USPS Priority, Parcel Post or Express Mail. Shipping is based on weight and location. Once you have loaded your cart and filled in your shipping details, you can look at the prices for the choices and see which you prefer. These are just estimates. You will be charged actual shipping, within $1.00. On most items I have padded the weight so you will get a close estimate or a greater than actual cost estimate. You can normally expect to pay what you see quoted or even less, especially for light weight orders. In some cases, shipping will be more than quoted, especially on heavier packages, for items requiring a lot of packing materials or orders shipped in very large boxes. Please be prepared to pay actual shipping (within $1.00) fior your order.

Delivery Time: Stocked items will normally ship in 1-3 business days. The Orderable Items will normally ship in 4-7 business days. If you are ordering from both sections, your entire order will be held until all products come in unless you make arrangements to pay for two separate shipments.

I do my best to update inventory regularly, but if you need an order by a certain date, it is best to let me know. If it is not possible, I will contact you.

The minimum order amount is $10.

Warm Weather Shipments: During warmer times of the year or to warmer climates, certain products (candy, chocolates, cosmetics, etc...) may melt or be damaged by the heat. When this is possible, you are ordering these items at your own risk. You are advised to order a cold pack and you may also need to pay for expedited shipping. I cannot offer a refund or replacements for melted merchandise.

When your credit card is charged: Once I charge a credit card it takes 3-7 business days before I actually get that money deposited into my account. I charge your card right after your order is placed to be sure the funds are available.

APO Addresses & PO Boxes: APO addresses APO packages must be sent via the post office. Packages addresses to APO addresses will be insured for their full value, but the post office only insures them to the APO address. If you must have delivery to an APO address, you are ordering at YOUR own risk. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages as the post office will not guarantee secure delivery. Also, APO orders may be delayed when sent via standard shipping. You may wish to pay additional charges for priority mail.

NON-US Orders: Orders being shipped outside the US or those paying with a credit card that has a NON-US billing address must be paid with a Verified Paypal Account.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. take longer to arrive.

Some items, like vitamins, are not allowed to be shipped into certain countries. It is your responsibility to determine whether you can receive these items.

Perishable products, baked goods and chocolates may not stay fresh in transit. This is also not something for which I can offer credit or replacement. Sorry, but you are ordering at your own risk!

You are responsible for any customs charges.

USPS Priority Mail: If you need USPS shipment and select priority mail, remember that this does not guarantee that your order will arrive within 3 days from the shipping date as the post office does not guarantee this method. It is usually faster but not certain.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is not delivered to you or is returned because you typed the address incorrectly or were not home and it is returned to me, you will be charged the original shipping fee plus the fee for the second shipment. If actual shipping is greater than that of the standard shipping policy, you will be charged actual shipping for the first and the second delivery attempt.

Refused Shipments: Please DO NOT refuse shipments when they arrive. Those that are refused will result in a $10 fee.

Address Information : When filling in your "BILL TO" Address, be sure that you give me the address where your credit card bill is sent. If you are unsure, you can find out by looking at a previous statement. Your credit card may be declined if I do not have the correct address and this will delay shipment of your order.

Orders that don't arrive? : If you have not received your order in three weeks from the estimated ship date, please send an email to: customerservice@differentdaisy.com

Shipping Materials : I am concerned about protecting the environment and all its resources. Whenever possible, I use boxes that have been used previously. When shipping via Priority Mail, I may use their packaging if I do not have a used box that is suitable. I have a paper shredder that is used to convert used paper into packing material or I reuse materials that have been sent to me in shipments.

Returned Checks: Returned checks are subject to a fee based on what the bank charges me. You are responsible for the fee!!

Return Policy : I want you to be happy with your order. If you need to return an item or items for some reason, you may do so within 30 days of shipment. You may choose a store credit or refund by original method of payment. Some items are not returnable, such as food items. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern. Items which have been opened or used may not be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before returning any item, you need to contact me to get a Return Authorization Number. This is important because it lets me know a package is coming and also gives me the opportunity to let you know whether an item can be returned. I do not want you to waste money or time returning an item for which I cannot give a refund. Products returned without prior authorization will not be processed. Please send an email to customerservice@differentdaisy.com for return approval.

Please keep in mind that chocolates or other products which may melt during shipment are not eligible for a refund or replacement if they do not make it in good condition. A cold pack should be purchased, but if you are located outside a one-day delivery location you may also need to request expedited shipping.
